North Park is a new research and teaching facility that is planned to be built on Car Park D (next to the Amory building) on Streatham Campus.
The new facility will provide state of the art facilities to inspire future learning, create ground breaking research and support the University’s ambitions to be a leading global institution.

The plans for the new building will be on display from Monday 18 – Friday 22 November in the Innovation Centre (number 25 on the map) foyer.
We are holding two public consultation events during the same week to provide information and gather feedback on the designs for the building. We are keen that the space is welcoming and meets the needs of the wider public so we welcome your thoughts and views.
The public consultation events are taking place on the following dates:
Monday 18 November, 3.30 to 7pm at the Innovation Centre on Streatham Campus
Tuesday 19 November, 3.30pm to 7pm at the Innovation Centre on Streatham Campus
Members of the public can drop in at any time. There will be a presentation from the project managers and architects at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm on both evenings.
We are advertising the events to the local community in letters, newspaper and online advertising to make sure we gather a range of views.
All comments received will be reviewed and included as part of the University’s planning application to Exeter City Council. If approval is granted the University expects to start construction in December 2020.
