Pre-employment assessment

The pre-employment questionnaire is an opportunity for colleagues and their managers to receive support and advice from the Occupational Health Service.

The completed questionnaire will only be accessible to the University’s Occupational Health team. Information disclosed will be held confidentially.

The University of Exeter actively seeks to support colleagues with disabilities, including those with physical and/or mental health conditions in line with the requirements of relevant legislation. Colleagues are encouraged to disclose health conditions and disabilities that may impact on their work and where there may be a requirement for additional support and/or reasonable adjustments.

Disclosing relevant health information will enable us to provide colleagues and their managers with guidance about suitable resources available and, if required, the opportunity to talk confidentially with an OH Advisor about workplace health needs.
