Our Exeter Postgraduate Open Day is a chance to find out more about what it's like to study a Masters or PhD at Exeter. Taking place in the Forum at the heart of our Streatham Campus, you'll find stands for our individual subjects, talks on finance and student life and have a chance to talk to staff and current postgraduate students about what it's like to study and research here. The day also includes some tailored talks and activities for prospective students on specific subjects organised by our academic colleges - see below for details.

Free transport by coach is available to current students from Penryn Campus, Cornwall to Streatham Campus, Exeter. Coach departs Penryn at 9am and leaves Streatham at 4pm.

Masters / Postgraduate Taught

We are offering prospective Postgraduate Taught (Masters) students the opportunity to meet one-to-one with Programme Directors/Academic Leads. To book a time slot please email us with your full name and the Postgraduate Taught programme you are interested in studying.

Members of the Humanities Postgraduate Taught team will also be available on our stand in the Forum.

Main Humanities stand in the Forum 12:00-15:00 Please contact us in advance to organise a 1:1 session with an academic and we will aim to allocate you a meeting. Ad hoc meetings may also be available on the day.

PhD/Research:

Meet the college: your chance to speak to Departmental Directors of Postgraduate Research, potential supervisors, current PhD students and to get Humanities specific information over a tea or coffee. Please include some detail about topics and potential supervisors in your registration, so we can best facilitate your visit.

In order to prepare yourself for the workshops, you can view the subject presentations in advance.

You will have the opportunity to meet with the Postgraduate Programme Directors or Directors of Postgraduate Research, who will be offering office hours arrangements for you to discuss any aspects of postgraduate study with us.

Masters / Post Graduate Taught Members of the Business School Postgraduate Taught team including admissions, academics and current students will be available on our stand in the Forum. You can discuss what life is like at Exeter, our programmes, as well as postgraduate study abroad opportunities and the careers support available through the Business School’s Careers Zone. You can also take this opportunity to take a look around our facilities: self-guided tours of the Business School will be available throughout the afternoon. The Forum  12:00 - 15:00
PhD / Postgraduate Research Are you looking to pursue a PHD at the University of Exeter Business School? Dr Rajesh Tharyan, our Director of Postgraduate Research is offering drop-in sessions for informal discussions on the exciting opportunities of postgraduate research students in the Business School. Please pop to the Business School stand in the Forum and a member of the team will show you to Rajesh’s office.  The Forum 13:30 - 15:00
