Moving to a new city or country to study is a big decision and we understand how important it is to have somewhere to call 'home' during your time with us. Each of our student residences has its own distinctive character and offers you a safe and secure environment in which to live and study.
We offer self-catered accommodation to postgraduate students in a range of locations. Booking your accommodation with the University enables you to be assured that you will have quality accommodation when you arrive. What's more, it's a great way to meet other postgraduate students from across the university.

We have a wide range of self-catered accommodation, from shared flats to self-contained family flats. All are conveniently situated either on campus or only a short walk from either the Streatham or St Luke’s campuses and the city centre. We guarantee to offer accommodation to all unaccompanied first year postgraduates from outside the EU, and encourage you to apply for accommodation by 31 July in your year of entry.
Glasney Student Village offers high quality, en-suite accommodation on the Penryn Campus. The residences are divided into self-catered flats each with seven study-bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with double bed, wardrobe, desk, telephone and internet points. A number of en-suite rooms have been modified for students with a range of disabilities.
The communal kitchen/dining areas are furnished with a fully-fitted kitchen, tables and chairs. Additional facilities at Glasney Student Village include coin-operated launderettes, several bicycle stores and surfboard stores as well as a café.
We guarantee a place at Glasney Student Village for all International postgraduates if you apply by 31 July.
The rent for the 2013/14 academic year was £123.20 per week and included all utility bills and contents insurance cover for the room.

Private sector accommodation
There is a variety of high standard private housing available for rent in Penryn and Falmouth, with rents typically in the region of £75-£85 per week exclusive of services and utilities.
