The University of Exeter is launching the Level 7 Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship, underpinned by the Exeter MBA and dual accredited with the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI) Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership (subject to approvals).
A Senior Leader is someone who has senior management responsibility, which can include formal governance/director responsibilities. They are responsible for direction and vision, providing a clear sense of purpose and driving strategic intent. They take into account market trends and environmental influences, identifying longer-term opportunities and risks. Through inclusive leadership, they are responsible for developing ethical, innovative and supportive cultures with the ability to deliver results. The Exeter MBA Level 7 Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship will commence delivery in September 2018.

Entry requirements 2018
Individual employers will set the selection criteria for their Apprenticeships in discussion with the University. This may involve previous management experience, having undertaken an apprenticeship or qualifications.
English and Maths will be required at a minimum of Level 2 prior to the End Point Assessment.
