Academic Performance
The Pre-University Summer School is open to independent, high-achieving students who are about to start or who are enrolled within their final two years of high school and who are interested in applying to an undergraduate degree in the areas covered by the programme. We do not set a minimum requirement by grade but look more at the personal statement as an indication of desire to succeed in the programme.
It is an intensive social and academic experience and therefore independence, maturity and motivation are essential qualities for all applicants.
In order to join the programme, you must be in or about to start your last two years of High School. The age criteria for this course is anyone between the age of 16-18 or students who will turn 16 by 31 August 2020.
English Language Requirements
The academic programme is taught and assessed entirely in English. Therefore all students whose first language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency. We currently accept the following*:

We may accept alternative English language qualifications which are equivalent to a minimum score of B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), or confirmation from your school that you are taught in English, for admission.
