Records Management Services

The Records Management Service has responsibility for Records Management, Data Protection and Freedom of Information. The Service provides support, advice and guidance in all of these areas. The aim is to promote:

  • A coordinated approach to Records Management across the University
  • Consistent, efficient and robust practices regarding the creation, use, storage and disposal of records
  • Compliance with relevant legislation & codes of practice
