2015 festival

Being Human, the UK's first national festival of the humanities, was back for a second year between 12 and 22 November 2015.

During the festival University of Exeter academics opened up their research to a number of different audiences with events across Devon and Cornwall. Our researchers explored how humanities inspire and enrich our everyday lives.

Everyone was invited to attend the free events which celebrated humanities research, explored our perceptions of the natural world, and reflected on our understanding of ourselves as individuals and communities.
