We welcome your comments and suggestions on our individual services and your experience of Research and Knowledge Transfer (RKT). You can make comments in several ways:
- Email: rkt@exeter.ac.uk.
- Contact and talk to any member of RKT staff.
- Complete the Feedback questionnaire and post it or email it back to us. You can give anonymous feedback via the questionnaire if you wish.
Any complaints will receive a response within 24 hours of receipt and we aim to remedy all complaints within seven working days. The management of complaints will be dealt with by the Deputy Director.
