Role

Jane is responsible for promoting and managing Knowledge Transfer Programmes (KTP). She runs a portfolio of programmes with different organisations and a variety of different academic teams from concept to completion.

Jane develops KTPs by collaborating with academics, companies and graduates, facilitating and assisting the development of projects and with the preparation of the proposals and submissions. 

She supports approved KTPs by assisting in:

• The creation of IP and contract agreements,
• managing and advising the recruitment process for KTP associates,
• managing the post award project and financial programme aspects,
• developing networking, regional seminars, knowledge transfer events, and,
• providing further support for both the personal and professional development of KTP associates.
