Role

Jenna provides website and social media support and advice to the Research and Knowledge Transfer (RKT) team and assists research academics in creating and managing their online presence. A major part of Jenna’s role is developing the web presence of our key research activities, whilst advising research centres and groups on the content, style and organisation of their web pages.

Profile

Jenna joined the University in 2011 as Web marketing Officer for Campus Services and began working for RKT in June 2012. Jenna's background is in journalism and she has worked for the Herald Express and the Western Morning News. She also has a MA in Online Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire. Outside of work Jenna works voluntarily as the Website Editor for Exeter's community radio station, Phonic FM.
