JISC Project Coordinator

Role

Working in the Policy, Impact and Performance Team, Karin is responsible for coordinating the DESCRIBE Project and support the Project Team, co-investigators and research impact specialists to deliver the project aims and objectives.

This also involves liaising with stakeholders, funding bodies, the commercial sector and academics, and she is organising an International Conference in January 2013 as part of the final project outcomes.

Profile

After 15 years working in film distribution working for  PolyGram Filmed Entertainment, FilmFour and Verve Pictures.

Karin moved to the South West and  joined the University in August 2011 through the temporary staff bank working in Development and Alumni Relations and on the University of Exeter Medical School project before joining Research and Knowledge Transfer.
