Link Fund

The Link Fund was established by the University in order to encourage academic staff from a wide range of disciplines to forge relationships with external businesses and organisations.

The Link Fund aims to offset travel plus related expenses, and opportunity costs, thus reducing the potential financial barriers to building relationships with external organisations.

This fund will help support activities which give academics the opportunity to ‘introduce’ themselves to an organisation and build the relationship. A short report of the project outcome will be required.

It is anticipated that awards from the Link scheme should be made available within one week of application submission.  There are no submission deadlines for Link Fund applications, they will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.  Multiple applications from a single academic are not encouraged.
