Gavin is a Project Manager working in the EU/International team.
Gavin has a 0.5 role managing the Horizon2020 project ECoWeB (Assessing and Enhancing Emotional Competence for Well-Being in the Young): A principled, evidence-based, mobile-health approach to prevent mental disorders and promote mental well-being, which is coordinated by Exeter and runs from 2018-22. He also helps out with project management tasks for other initiatives cordinated by the EU/International team.
Gavin joined the University in 2014 to project manage Defra's Sustainable Intensification Research Platform (SIP), a mult-partner, interdisciplinary project looking at ways to simultaneously increase farm output and competitiveness, whilst protecting the countryside and enhancing the environment.
Gavin is also Co-Editor-in-Chief for Weather, the 'house journal' of the Royal Meteorological Society from April 2019.
