Overview

As a Research Development Manager for the Cornwall Cluster,  I support academics from all departments across the Cornwall Campuses and from all career stages to identify research opportunities, to develop their proposals and manage any financial risk and support academics in submitting exceptional quality and to put them in the best position for a high chance of success.

I hold a discipline lead responsibility for the Department of Earth and Environmental Science (DEES) and the Renewable Energy department.  My responsibility here is to ensure horizon scanning for research funding opportunities meets the strategy of the departments, and aligns with the Faculty priorities.
