Louise is a Research Development Advisor in the Bio-Environment Cluster, supporting academics in research development accross a range of funding bodies.
Profile
Louise was awarded her PhD in Human Geography in 2016, in which she investigated the effects of anti-obesity discourses on parenting practices, focussing on the different forms of knowledge that are established through governance, care, and embodied practices. She then worked on the European Commission funded animal welfare project, 'Hennovation', as the project social scientist, before moving into her current role in September 2017.
