Overview

Helen is an Event Manager for Innovation, Impact and Business and Research Services, leading on events and related activities for both services. She manages the design and delivery of a wide portfolio of events and visits, supporting key research and business-focused initiatives.

The Research Services, and Innovation, Impact, and Business Events Team manage over 90 events a year including; conferences, workshops, training events, networking and profile raising events, dinners, guest lectures, community events, VIP and Ministerial visits. Helen has also supported events on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor’s office.

Helen has worked as an Event Manager for over 15 years and prior to her current role at the University, worked both in-house within Professional Services organisations and also at Event and Production Agencies and venues in London.
