Strategic Change is a team of project management professionals with a wealth of experience throughout the HE and industrial sectors. We offer a University-wide project facilitation service and are currently running a variety of projects across all three University campuses.
We offer a wide range of services as detailed below:
- delivering projects including the introduction of new IT systems, making improvements to existing systems and capital build projects on University campuses;
- producing a document toolkit of the template documents needed to initiate and run a project;
- developing and running project management and change management training workshops;
- providing coaching sessions for University staff to develop skills;
- organising the Project Managers' Network to share knowledge, experience and best practice;
- undertaking reviews to improve ways of working and eliminate duplication.
