Donna Miljus

I'm currently managing the My PGR project and supporting Finance Services on the Invoice Processing Automation (IPA) project. I also provide coaching in project and change management as well as stakeholder and communication management. I co-deliver the Change Management for Managers course in partnership with Staff Learning & Development.
The My PGR project began in November 2009 and will run until the end of November 2012. My PGR is an online tool to help the University manage its 2000+ postgraduate research (PGR) students.
The IPA project will transform the University from a paper based accounts payable system to an online automated system and is set for rollout in autumn 2012.
I work Monday to Thursday.
