Nicki Horseman

Assistant Director, Strategic Planning

I am responsible for leading and managing the Strategic Planning Team, with specific responsibilities for HEFCE funding, Armstrong Review, Chair of Planning and Performance CAT.

I am also the Secretary to the Audit Committee and internal audit co-ordination and am currently involved with the KIS Project.

Katy Griffiths

Planning Officer and Research Performance Analyst

I am responsible for supporting the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences. I am the lead for the research metrics and works in RKT 3 days a week supporting RKT, Colleges and Professional Services and providing them with research monitoring information and data. This includes the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) data for research, management reports including benchmarking information and providing the data for the annual Research Monitoring Exercise.

Fiona Kugele

Planning Officer

I lead on the annual HESES and TDA returns and liaise with Registry on some of the key planning related fields for the HESA return. I also produce the Annual Programme Monitoring  figures.

I work Monday,Thursday and Friday only.
