HEFCE "Creating Value"
Welcome to the pages for the Creating Value project. The project has carried out research into how managers in different sectors (e.g. Private, public, HE) have successfully delivered efficiencies. From this, the project has developed an online resource to help managers in universities deliver better with less. The online resource can be found at www.exeter.ac.uk/value. The project team are also available to run tailored workshops for individual universities or clusters of universities between now and summer ‘12. For more information about the workshops and website, download the Creating Value flyer .
The project has been supported by HEFCE's Leadership, Governance and Management (LGM) fund. The project was led by the University of Exeter working in collaboration with three other UK Universities: the University for the Creative Arts, University College Falmouth, and the University of Sussex. The rationale for the project was the difficult economic climate, and the need for the HE sector to find efficiencies.
