Both the University of Exeter and Plymouth University are committed to maintaining a constructive and effective environment throughout the disaggregation period. These groups are working to make the transition as smooth as possible for students and staff.
The Joint Implementation Project Board (JIPB) is tasked with overseeing the joint transaction from PCMD to the two new Medical Schools and includes senior representation from the two universities.
The Joint IT Implementation Board;
The Joint Finance Implementation Board and
The Joint HR Implementation Board
each have representation from both Universities and manage various workstreams that contribute to the delivery of the joint transition work to mutually agree timetables.
The UEMS Management Board is the University of Exeter Board tasked with overseeing the creation of the new University of Exeter Medical School.
The Board includes senior representation from across the University and from the College.
