The Forum Student Information Desk (SID) is the most comprehensive one-stop shop in any UK HE institution today, providing a single gateway to 11 core support services. SID is open weekdays, at weekends and bank holidays. Student enquiries in 10 months since May 2012 were 135,000 - 75% of these were resolved first time at the frontline.
