Hero(es)/Heroine(s) of the Year

The Hero/Heroine of the Year category recognises and celebrates individuals who go beyond what is required in their jobs and without whom significant success or impact would not have been achieved. All the finalists demonstrated great personal leadership and a natural ability to create strong and effective relationships with students and staff. What also stood out is how much they give of themselves to deliver the best possible service.

From Marketing and Communications Delphine Jones. It's all in the Detail for Delphine. Delphine's Dedication and Determination to deliver excellent services is unfailing and unsung. No job is beneath her if it helps to get the task done. She will go above and beyond her role as a graphic designer to ensure the project is the best it can possibly be. She does this because she cares and believes that the University should deliver the best service it possibly can.
