Kitty Adhamy-Nichol

Senior Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity Advisor

As Senior Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity Advisor, I support and assist in the development and implementation of inclusivity strategies, policies and procedures for the University, including engagement with external equality accreditations at institutional, College and department level. I lead a small team of Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity Advisors providing support to Colleges and Professional Services, as appropriate, in driving forward their inclusivity agendas and Charter initiatives. I also liaise and develop partnerships with key internal customers and external agencies to share best practice.

Natalie Hewitt

Senior Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity Advisor (on maternity leave)

I joined HR Services in 2015, having previously worked in the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences and the Executive Suite within the University.

I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2000 and have since been working for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in the UK and overseas, before joining the University in February 2011.
