Team Leading Award (ILM Level 2)
Who is it for?
The Level 2 ILM Team Leading Award is designed for existing or aspiring team leaders and supervisors. You will take this qualification if you are participating in the Aspirational Managers Programme.
Assessment
You will need to undertake a number of written assessments including:
