About this course:

Meetings occupy a large part of the working day and it's important that this time is used positively and productively.

This highly practical, half day course covers a wide range of techniques for effective, face to face communication and consummate chairing, leading to dynamic, purposeful and efficient meetings.

Learning outcomes:

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:.

- Carry authority well.

- Communicate clearly and effectively from the chair.

- Achieve physical and vocal presence.

- Learn how to listen actively and encourage full engagement.

- Discover how to promote constructive debate and make effective interventions and contributions.
