About this course:

Effective coaching conversations engage people by challenging them to think, act and learn for themselves.

This course is all about helping others to develop and empowering them to take responsibility.

You will examine the skills, behaviours and values for successful workplace coaching conversations.

Learning outcomes:

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:.

- Describe the purpose of coaching within the context of your management role.

- Identify appropriate situations for using a coaching style.

- Apply the key skills of listening and questioning.

- Explain current coaching models and apply their methods to simple scenarios.
