About this course:

Leaders spend a significant amount of their time communicating with others, yet poor communication is one of the most common complaints about leaders.

Feedback is one of many vital forms of communication.

Providing short, regular and high quality feedback is a vital coaching tool for engaging with and motivating others.

This session will provide you with a highly practical framework for giving effective recognition and improvement feedback.

Staff can book onto this session using the button at the bottom of the page or simply turn up on the day.

However the event will be run on a first-come-first-served basis, therefore once the room is full we will not be able to take more learners.

No joining instructions will be sent out for this session.

This course is open to all staff.

It is particularly relevant for individuals who are responsible for giving feedback to others as part of their role.
