About this course:

The Navigator Programme is a personal development programme designed for men who want to assess realistically their current situation, skills and abilities, decide on the next steps for their development, and equip them with the positive attitude and skills to take those steps at work and home.

The programme is delivered through four face to face group sessions.

Dates for the 2018/19 programme will be confirmed soon.

Learning outcomes:

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:.

- Identify and achieve personal learning and work objectives.

- Develop self-confidence, assertiveness and communication skills.

- Embrace responsibility for your own development and dealing with change.

- Decrease stress and improve the work / home balance.

Who should attend this course:

The course is self-nominating for men and open to all staff.

Many men use the programme to get results at work, such as new qualifications, promotions, new skills, a new attitude to change and a massive boost of energy, motivation and determination.

Others focus on results in their personal life, such as sorting out difficult relationships, improving health, dealing with stress and gaining a work/life balance.
