About this course:

This course covers the creation and maintenance of module diets, to enable the bulk addition of compulsory modules to student records.

This course also covers how to add optional modules/groups of optional modules that students can choose from during the Online Module Selection period.

Learning outcomes:

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:.

- Edit module diets and create new module diets by removing/adding compulsory and/or optional modules.

- Add/delete individual modules from groups, as well as amend/apply minimum and maximums, to ensure students choose the right amount.

- Add/edit user help to guide students through the process.

- Run module diets against student records.

- Create and maintain module rules (pre-, co- and non-requisites).

Who should attend this course:

This course is only available to those staff who require SITS access as part of their job role.

This course is aimed at education administrators who deal with setting up and running module diets.

Before the course:

Participants must have attended the Introduction to SITS course.

It is also recommended that participants first attend the SITS: Module Data Set-Up session.
