IT Clinics

The IT Clinics are designed to help anyone having problems or wishing to know more about a particular topic in a Microsoft Office Application: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. The 1 hr session will be tailored to your needs and the objective will be to solve a problem that you may be experiencing or just fill in gaps in your knowledge.

Time slots will be booked by contacting the trainer.

IT Induction

An IT induction session is offered to all new staff in the Colleges and Services that are supported by Desktop and Learning Spaces Support. This is tailored to the needs of the individual concerned.

Web CMS (T4) Training

Introductory session on the new Content Management System for creating the University's new format web pages.

Aptos is used to process all incoming and outgoing financial transactions, and interacts with most of the University’s other administrative systems, especially the SITS student record system and the Midland trent HR system.
