ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills
Who is it for?
The Level 2 ILM Award in Leadership and Team Skills is designed for existing or aspiring team leaders and supervisors. You will take this qualification if you are participating in the Aspirational Managers Programme.
Assessment
You will need to undertake a number of written assessments to obtain the qualification - please see the calendar and candidate pack below for further details.
Candidate documents
Once you have decided you would like to undertake the qualification you will need to attend a number of learning events. The calendar covers the courses you are expected to attend as part of your learning as well as some further workshops that are designed to assist you with your assignments.
