ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management
Who is it for?
The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management has been specially designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.
Assessment
You will need to undertake a number of written assessments over a two year period. Please see the Calendar and Candidate Pack below for further details.
Candidate documents
Once you have decided you would like to undertake the qualification you will need to attend a number of learning events. The calendar covers the courses you are expected to attend as part of your learning as well as some further workshops that are designed to assist you with your assignments.
