First line management certificate (ILM level 3)

Who is it for?

The ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management and Award in First Line Management have been specially designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.

Assessment

You will need to undertake a number of written assessments over a two year period including:
