Team Leading Award (ILM Level 2)

Who is it for?

The Level 2 ILM Team Leading Award is designed for existing or aspiring team leaders and supervisors.  You will take this qualification if you are participating in the Aspirational Managers Programme.

Assessment

You will need to undertake a number of written assessments including:

 Mandatory  Unit M2.02 Motivating the work team to perform  Mini project (M2.02 and M2.03 together)

 Optional  Unit M2.19 Leading your work team  Reflective review

Candidate documents

Once you have decided you would like to undertake the qualification you will need to attend a number of learning events. The calendar covers the courses you are expected to attend as part of your learning as well as some further workshops that are designed to assist you with your assignments.
