Preparing for senior management programme
The preparing for senior management programme is a flexible programme consisting of four modules (three delivered twice per year, one module delivered once per year). You will need to complete all 4 modules over 24 months.
- Understanding the management role to improve management performance (1 day workshop)
- Developing Your Leadership Styles (1 day workshop plus ILM72 self-evaluation instrument and a pre-course tutorial)
- Developing Individual Mental Toughness (1 half day workshop plus MTQ 48 self-evaluation instrument and a pre-course tutorial)
- Understanding organisational culture and ethics (1 day workshop plus pre-course and post course work)
By undertaking the learning you will be able to register for the ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management. Each module is assessed and the Certificate is given for successful completion of all four assessments. The assessments must be completed within 24 months.
Delegates may add-on the final module if they have already successfully completed the Award.
