Team leader programme

The team leader programme is a flexible programme consisting of three modules (delivered twice per year) that you should complete within 12 months:

• Developing yourself as a team leader (1 day workshop with reading)
• Improving the performance of the work team (1 day workshop with reading)
• Planning and monitoring work (1 day workshop with reading)
• Coaching conversations for the workplace (2 x half-day workshops plus reading)

You can register for the ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills [please note that a fee is payable for registration for the qualification].  Each module (except for the Coaching Conversations module) is assessed and the Award is given for successful completion of all three assessments.
