Experienced middle manager programme
The experienced middle manager programme is a flexible programme consisting of three modules (delivered twice per year). You will need to complete all three modules over 12 months.
- Understanding the management role to improve management performance (1 day workshop)
- Developing Your Leadership Styles (1 day workshop plus ILM72 self-evaluation instrument and a pre-course tutorial)
- Developing Individual Mental Toughness (1 half day workshop plus MTQ 48 self-evaluation instrument and a pre-course tutorial)
By undertaking the learning you can register for the ILM Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management [please note that a fee is payable for registration for the qualification]. Each module is assessed and the Award is given for successful completion of all three assessments. The assessments must be completed within 12 months.
