The PDR portfolio

The portfolio is simply a means of being able to store and share your academic CV and any other associated material you feel it would be helpful to have at the review, alongside relevant information generated by the University each year.

The portfolio therefore acts as an aide memoire to the staff member and Academic Lead to inform the PDR meeting – there is no prescribed format

Examples of items you may wish to consider including in your portfolio and share with your Academic Lead can be found  below:

As a minimum however, the portfolio must contain signed copies of the PDR Summary Sheet and Development Plan for the relevant areas of academic activity.  Copies of these completed forms will be available to members of the College Executive Team and, in some cases, the Heads of Discipline.

The Academic PDR Portfolio is a hard copy document and binder; however an electronic copy of the Academic PDR Portfolio is available for your quick reference - electronic copies of the forms for you to complete are available in the Forms section of these webpages.
