Coaching Skills for Lead Academics (1 day)
To get the best from people, ALs will need to exercise a high degree of leadership in particular a coaching style of leadership.
All ALs will need to attend a one day workshop which will put coaching techniques centre stage as a simple and effective way of creating a new dynamic in the review meetings. In addition coaching skills will also be extremely helpful in a broader range of situations, such as supervising students and leading high performing individuals.
