About this course:

There is a legal requirement for those persons transporting `Dangerous Goods' to be trained to a level as determined by the regulations to enable them to understand and be able to carry out their duties so as to comply with the `Carriage of Dangerous Goods Regulations' (CDG) - http://www.hse.gov.uk/cdg/.

Learning outcomes:

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:.
- Understand the requirements of the CDG regulations.
- Know how to complete a dangerous goods note.
- Understand the requirements and use of Limited Quantities and Special Provisions.
- Understand the requirements of packaging dangerous goods.
- Understand and be able to use UN numbers requirements.

Who should attend this course:
  • This is a mandatory course for anyone who packages and transports dangerous goods as defined in the regulations
