Our team of HR Business Partners work alongside managers in the Colleges and across Professional Services to advise on resource planning, and day-to-day HR questions.
We are responsible for the development and delivery of the University's People Strategy. We manage the University's Trent HR system and make sure our HR policies are aligned and up-to-date.
Through our team of Safety, Health, Fire and Equality specialists we support the University to ensure that Exeter is a safe and healthy place to work and be. We look after staff wellbeing, equality and diversity, and health and safety.
