Employee services

We provide day to day support and advise on payroll, pensions, recruitment campaigns and any changes in your details of employment. We also manage the University’s Temporary Staff Bank and process casual claims.

HR business partners

Our team of HR Business Partners work alongside managers in the Colleges and across Professional Services to advise on resource planning, and day-to-day HR questions.

HR strategy and policy

We are responsible for the development and delivery of the University's People Strategy. We manage the University's Trent HR system and make sure our HR policies are aligned and up-to-date.

Safety, health and wellbeing

Through our team of Safety, Health, Fire and Equality specialists we support the University to ensure that Exeter is a safe and healthy place to work and be. We look after staff wellbeingequality and diversity, and health and safety.

Organisation development

We assist the organisation in developing itself so it can deliver its strategic objectives. We provide expertise in staff learning and development, organisation design and project and change management
