Project aims and objectives

The move from 9 Schools to 5 Colleges created the opportunity to establish a common framework for the management of Professional Services. Assistant College Managers (ACMs) have been appointed in each College with similar remits. The eight Common Action Teams (CATs) bring together the ACMs and the relevant College Professional Services staff to deliver joined-up developments.

The Change Team is involved in a supporting capacity and to assist with potential projects that may be established through these teams. It will help to establish the teams, provide coaching and encourage a different way of working. The teams will be permanent but will be subject to review, and will therefore evolve.
