Project aims and objectives
To provide base information about current processes in order to identify opportunities for better ways of working in the short term, inform the Facilities Management Systems Review and identify potential areas for work in the future.
Meetings have been held with nine key stakeholders.
Process maps and the report were produced in July and circulated for comment.
A meeting with the Project Sponsor, Barry Clark, was held on 11th August to review the report and an action plan was constructed.
