 1 Jan 2008 to Dec 2008 Definition of requirements, selection of suppliers, implementation of the new network core, distribution layer and top priority building upgrades at St Luke's
 2 Jan 2009 to Dec 2009  Implementation of the distribution layer on Streatham campus and second priority building upgrades on Streatham and St Luke's campuses
 3 Jan 2010 to Dec 2010  Upgrade of  third priority buildings on Streatham campus
