Role Profiles
These generic role profiles are intended to give a clear indication of the expectations and responsibilities of staff at each level. They have been developed by the University, in consultation with the Exeter UCU, from the national JNCHES Library, adapted to meet the circumstances applicable at this University.
Additionally, these profiles outline the criteria used for grading of new posts and for regrading of existing posts.
