Reporting of concerns or incidents of bribery or improper conduct

All staff have a responsibility to report to their College Dean/Director of Professional Service (or other notified manager) any concerns they may have about potential improper conduct by employees or by individuals or organisations outside the University (for example, potential suppliers, donors or students).

The College Dean/Director of Professional Service (or other notified manager) should be reported any concerns or incidents of bribery or improper conduct immediately to the Director of Finance and Deputy Registrar in accordance with the Fraud Response Plan . The Fraud Committee (the Registrar and Deputy Chief Executive, the Director of Finance and Deputy Registrar and the Director of Human Resources) will determine what action should be taken in response.
