Notice period
External: A minimum notice period required for all secondees to return to their substantive organisation is 4 weeks on either side or as otherwise agreed by all parties. An acceptable notice period on both sides should be agreed by all parties and stated in the secondment agreement
Internal: A minimum notice period required for all secondees to return to their substantive post is 4 weeks on either side or as otherwise agreed by all parties/ giving notice appropriate to the grade of the role.
Incoming: An acceptable notice period on both sides should be agreed by all parties and stated in the secondment agreement
