Returning to work
You are entitled to return to the same job following Additional Paternity/Maternity Support Leave.
You can also have up to 10 Keeping In Touch days at work The same rules apply as KIT days taken during maternity leave. If you take KIT days during the Additional Statutory Parental Pay period your statutory payments will not be stopped.
